One childhood Easter, spent at my
Grandparent's farm, each of us kids
got a live colored chick in our baskets...
We had to leave them behind
when our visit was over, though...
Fast forward to the next time
we were at the farm...
having chicken salad for lunch...
and asking where our colored
Easter biddies were...
~sighs~
'nuf said about that...
