Great post! I never knew much of that! I love the cat with the purple eyes, of course. :)
I had no idea purple roses signify that moment of instant attraction. How lovely! Someone just gave me a blue rose--which, of course, is really purple. It is one of the most fragrant roses--and I know the faeries in my garden will love its blooming.
I also enjoyed the close up of purple tatted lace. I tat. (grin) I LOVE tatting. It is great fun when there's not much else to do.
