Like so many of you before me, I have reached my 100th post. Blogging has been a true blessing to me. I was on a bumpy path on my sentimenal journey in life and I needed direction. So I began this with alot of hope. And with alot of prayer. It has become a place where I'm able to come and lay down my thoughts. It is a place where I often surrender my dreams. It is a place where I found all of you. Your kindness and gentle ways have been like a soft blanket for me to wrap up in. Your creativity has been an inspiration to me. Your concern and support have encouraged me to keep moving forward and to not give up.
My life is simple, plain, and quiet. There is no way I could possibly come up with 100 things about myself to fill this special post. I love reading blogs with those amazing lists and learning more about all of you lovely ladies. So, in place of such a list, I've decided to share some beautiful, fun, odd, and whimsical things that are a reflection, in their own way, of the number 100...

100 Year Old Car...The Ford Model T celebrates it's 100th Birthday this month.
100 Yellow Rubber Ducks...
100 Calories...Gotta Love visiting the LOL Cats! Wrong on so many levels... yet funny on so many more... I am bad. I know. You can find the link to "I Can Has Cheezburger" on my side-bar.
100 Year Old Fish...Nick Calleya, 36, from Cubert in Cornwall and George Carstairs from Scotland landed the 500lb, 100-year-old monster white Sturgeon while angling from a boat in the Fraser River in British Columbia in Canada. The 10ft-long giant was snared using a rod and line with salmon eggs as bait. How creepy is that?!! Feel free to email me for the URL link to this weird story.

My favorite picture is the one of the little lady celebrating 100.
Reminds me of a precious 100 year old lady that lived in my dad's retirement home. Maddy always had a smile and a story. Since she could no longer wear her beautiful broaches, Maddy would attach different ones to her purse that she always kept with her. They were gorgeous! What a doll!
