Actually, it's a BIG Bug with a name... I have the FLU... my dear Husband took me to the Doctor today... I got some medicine, plus he adjusted some of my regular meds and added a "new" one... supposedly it's just been learned that the "new" med has been showing signs of some pain relief for people with severe Fibromyalgia... I'm always "game" to try anything that might help me...
So I'm going to crawl back into my big fluffy bed... and try to beat this Flu... It's our hope that this can be treated at home...
And, as a Friendly Public Blog Service Announcement...Please Get Your Flu Shot... take the entire family...

Pearl, I'm so sorry you have the flu. I sure hope the new med. will help take the pain away. My mother has fybro. I do not think she has it as severely as you have. I wish they could could find a cure or at least find out what causes it. It seems that if enough people told their daily diet and habits that they could fine what's causing it. My mother uses lots of sugar free things like caugh drops and coffee creamer. She used lots of Mentholatum. She used margarine for years and years. I don't know if any of these things could trigger it or cause it, but it makes ya wonder. I sure hope you are better soon. Hugs and prayers, Kathi

I come before you Lord and ask for your healing hand to be on Ms.Pearl. Father, you are the great physician, and provide for all of our needs. Please, give her comfort and peace and a quick recovery form this flu. Lord, her heart is still healing from losing her precious Mocha, and now the devil is attacking her physically as well. But, we know Father -that "greater is He that is in me than he who is in the world." And that "by His stripes, we are healed." So, I claim that now Lord, and plead the blood of Jesus over her at this time. Lord I humbly ask for your healing touch upon her. -Amen!

I forgot to mention that when I feel a bug coming I take a product called AIR BORNE, it's at drug stores and IT WORKS. It's all natural with lots of vitamins, minerals and good stuff for the body. If the drug store has it's own brand, I have found that they also work...
