Vintage Thanksgiving Menus

Not all menus list only food ...
These beautiful Vintage
Thanksgiving postcards
help to remind us of some
things to truly be thankful
for this Season ...
Joys ... True Love ...
Happiness ...
Long Life ...
Notice the pretty pink
roses on the tiny cake
she's holding ... sweet!

Aren't these rotund
chefs adorable?
I love the pink ribbon
bows on the sides
of the card ...

Good Luck ...
Success ... Riches ...
Good Health ...

Could you imagine a set
of flatware like this spoon?
Sweet little sentiment
on this card, too ...

So elegant ...

Another lovely spoon ...
Be sure to listen for the
sweetest Thanksgiving tune ...
The dinner bell at noon!

What will be on your
Thanksgiving menu this year?
I think I'll serve up some
Good Health ...
Happiness ...
and True Love ...

God bless ...

Until another time ... Pearl

Please take a moment to see my
Halloween day in the post below ...
Thank you for visiting ...

Hi Pearl, These post cards are too cute! I love the one on your header! That is a precious image! I'd love to print off the "Menu" one and use it in some way for Thanksgiving decor...my mind is just a churning! :)

Looks like you and your family had a blast at the Pumpkin patch below! The picture of you and your husband was great! You are looking well and very pretty yourself! :) ...and very happy! Makes me smile, seeing your bright smile! :) The "little guy" is such a cutie! Five is a good age and I bet he is so much fun to spend time with! The costume you and your husband made him is really neat! Hope he got a lot of treats! :)

Thanks for your encouraging comments! They always mean so much and brighten my day! Pray for me Friday...or should I say, Pray for my family! I'm probably running them insane! We will all be glad when the House Tour is over! LOL!

~Big Hugs, Rhonda :)

Oh, be still my heart! I haven't told you yet that I have a great love for Thanksgiving postcards! In my own personal collection of postcards I have more Thanksgiving ones than anything else. I especially love the ones with turkeys on them. All of these are so beautiful it's very difficult to pick a favorite, but I think that bottom spoon one is absolutely gorgeous! Thanks for another beautiful post! Twyla
